  • So pissed! They were out of compact cars that I reserved and was told they will give me a Malibu for upgrade at no charge. Cone to return the car and I was charged. They said that I didn't review the contract. I've rented many cars and never had this problem before. Don't agree to any upgrade. Sucks!!!!
