I love FIT4MOM! I am almost 18 weeks pregnant now and have been attending the FIT4BABY classes since about 10 weeks. I've also been to the Stroller Strides classes since those allow pregnant women, even without babies.The instructors are so friendly and super motivating and the low-impact workouts work for all fitness and pregnancy levels. I love being surrounded by other pregnant women, many of whom are experienced moms who can give advice about anything you want to know. People in the classes become part of a community of women that support each other and help each other out. I found it hard to stay motivated to exercise in general while not pregnant, but now I really look forward to the classes, even when I am exhausted or not feeling great. The FIT4BABY classes end with a short meditation session, which I love to calm down and relax.
