this review is for the fish hatchery service dept. honestly zero star for service and disappointed beyond belief!
first off we purchaed our honda accord` here new with "all" the extra warranties and gap insurrance
vehicle only over a yer old. the right rear tire blew out on the highway while going to work in the AM. stranded on the highway and late for work. had the vehicle is tow to the purchasing retailer zimbrick honda on fish hatch for tire repair which we didnt think nothing of because we had purchase the warranty for tire repair or replace and tow assistance through zimbrick.
long story short. turns out... between the tech, service writer and warranty company they will not reimburst for tire. we payed for the bill because we needed the vehicle and would disbute later. i called the warrant company directly and after a week of phone tagging with zimbrick and the warranty company i got the reimburstment which zimbrick honda service could not accomplish.
im extremely dissatisfied and disappointed at zimbrick honda service for not handling this right. the service writer told me if the warranty company would reimburst me that it would very easy for him process, which was not case because the bill was already paid. the service writer also said i went above and beyond what i should have done in this situation and that should not have call the warranty company. well he was right i should not have to call them... he should have!
*if we knew service was this incompetence we would not have bought the warranties or the vehicle through zimbrick honda.
*on a brighter note... there is one service writer on the grande cannon location that is excellent and his name is michael. so five star for michael. but still pretty upset over what happened.
*if we had not purchase the warranty at zimbrick i would have taken our vehicle else where for service!
