Wow. Wanted a non vegas strip hotel with a indoor pool. Hard to find. But, we chose this Baymont. Didn't get to use the pool because of the urine all over the pool area on top of the black mold, and in the pool. Used towels laying all over the place.
The frige was set to 25 degrees and no controls. The beer froze. The bed was made (badly) 3 times over 5 days and towels changed 3 times too. Water was always running in the bathtub unless I shut it off.
Also, I'm guessing the bed mattress is 25 years old, and sagged badly, especially at the edges.
The room has a coffee maker but the hotel ran out of coffee after the third day.
During our stay children were running up and down the halls and pounding on doors until 3 o'clock in the morning almost every night.
Only one employee was ever on duty during the evening and he was never to be found nor did he respond to our complaints.
The only nice thing about this place was the breakfast was really good, but crowded and somewhat unorganized.
Summery: Really bad management, and sloppy employees. A good company needs to take over this hotel.
