  • I've always done my taxes myself online, usually through Taxact, but I owed the last 2 years so I decided to visit this H&R Block to see if they could assist. To my surprise I was greeted immediately and they accepted me as a walk-in without an appointment. Keep in mind this was 2-weeks prior to the tax deadline. I came across the employee Vickie Theis. She was extremely informative and helpful. She was able to get me a substantial amount of money back without me paying the government as stated when using Taxact online. Vickie then reviewed my last years return and was able to amend that and get me an additional return. I would recommend Vickie Theis at H&R Block to anyone.
