rev:text	DIM SUM PLACE LOOKS CLEAN . 2017 Yelp 100 Challenge #6 . The place looks super clean & simple & pretty big. There's none of that stuffy feeling you get when you go into a Chinese restaurant be side of old carpet & all the oils stuck in it smell. The staff was very attentive at least the lady was super friendly. She kept checking up on us & made sure everything was good. The food IMHO was not the best. They had items that most other DIM SUM places aren't very tasty but the MAIN squeeze basic items that I usually get were just whatever's. My main concern was the SALT & PEPPER shrimp which they even show on the tv screen slide show Of how it should be but it came out like CRAP.... If the shrimp gets too much coverage from the flour then the shell doesn't crisp up properly enough for you to eat it whole. CHICKEN STEAMED BUN - HOT & soft STEAMED RICE CAKE CHIVE DUMPLING CHICKEN FEET - perfect LOTUS LEAF PORK STICKY RICE FISH. STUFFED TOFU PORK & VEG ROLL BEEF BALL RADISH CAKE - SO disappointed it's like they put too much flour in the mix 2x STEAMED PORK RIB - FREAKEN YUMMY CHINESE BROCOLLI BEEF TENDON - DERICIOUS!!! SALT & PEPPER SHRIMP - SO sad. So I probably won't be coming back here unless the hubby wants some chicken FEET. One because you have no idea which items cost how much. Because I figured which page they are on would indicate the price but the way things were shown on the receipt says otherwise. So unfortunately when I don't trust something I usually won't be going back.
