The owner of the company sent someone out to take a look at our microwave. The tech took it apart and told us what was wrong and the cost for the repairs, some $300. It was only a year old and expensive so we decided to get it fixed instead of replacing it.
We gave the tech a deposit check for the parts in the amount of $146, as he requested. He promptly took the check to our bank and cashed it.
The technician just happened to be out of business cards when we asked for one and he said the office would email us an invoice, since he didn't have any printed invoices either.
Never got the invoice in our email.
We called the "owner", he said he knew about the microwave parts and they were unable to get them and would promptly have "Bill" issue a refund. Never received the refund.
We called another company who SHOWED us our microwave had been purposely disabled by the previous technician AND didn't need any parts at all only an adjustment to the door... fixed on the spot.
Save yourself some time and headaches, BAD experience here, CANNOT recommend.
