  • It was my first time trying Blue Ribbon last night. Honestly I'm not impressed with the food at all. I got the 2 piece dark combo with a large mashed potato side and drink. Fried Chicken: Looks heavily seasoned but can't taste anything. Have to eat it with their sauce. Their breading is very different from other fried chicken place but not in a good way. Mashed potato: For a large size it is pretty small and taste like any mashed potato. Cole slaw: Doesn't have much taste to it and I didn't finish it (which is rare because I usually finish any food that is in front of me) Fries: This is the best item I have for the night. I feel like this is what I'll come back for. Soda: They make their soda which is very interesting but I'm not a fan. Overall I think this place is on the pricier side for the amount of food you get. I think if I ever come back I'll probably only get their fries.
