  • Complex is very poorly run. Water is turned off about 3 times a month with no warning. Usually done on 1 Satuday a month. Office never has answers for any problems. Parking lot and lanscaping always has trash in it. Children playing in the streets throwing rocks all the time, yes at parked cars. Always noise coming from apartments, Trash in stairwells. Pool is always dirty, looks like it may be cleaned once a week. Hot tub always has trash in or around it. If you don't have assigned parking, good luck getting a spot. Dogs that aren't allowed are on promises. Including pitbulls and biggger dogs. They say one animal per unit, some people have 3. Take about 5 days to have something fixed by front office. Would not stay here ever again. Not to mention BED BUGS!!!Stay away!!
