  • Very disappointed. Last week we sat waiting after being told it was a 15-30 min wait, only to be told after 45 min that they weren't able to perform the service unless we wanted to come back in another hour and a half or two hours. Tried again today only to be told that we would have to return in and hour and a half or 2 hours to see if they could perform the service then. After driving 20 miles to the school in the first place twice now, I think we will have to take out business elsewhere. I'm disappointed because the service in the past was always good. Not sure if they don't have enough students or what the problem is, but it is frustrating, none the less.
