  • Ok, I know this is not the Salty Sow, but for a late night box of beef nachos it was darn tasty. I asked if the beef super nachos or the carnitas plate was my best bet. My friend behind the counter quickly answered "Nachos!" I went with the nachos and a Pibb. I was impressed. Bean had good flavor, the pico de gallo was fresh and crisp. Heck, even the guacamole was probably homemade. Oh, the steak diced up on top was super tender, not ground beef. Now this is a massive to go box full of food for $10ish. That is where my only complaint comes from, too much food! It was a challenge to mix it up and get a little bit of all the topping on each bite.
