  • They charged my insurance and had me pay out of pocket as well! Hadn't I called my insurance, I would have never known about it... My insurance told me they could have had them pay for my exam and I didn't have to pay 74 dollars from my credit card. After I fixed the issue with my insurance and wanted to order contact lenses they told me because of the mistake it would take about 48 hours for my credit to be adjusted and then I can order contacts using my insurance. I called optic gallery and asked them for some trial contacts. They told me they didn't ave any.... which is hard to believe but then they told me they'd call other locations and see if any other location has trial contacts. I never received a call from them. I had a very disappointing experience and will not be returning for sure!
