  • The first time they came out they did a great job, the next time there were aome issues and the owner said he would come out and fix it and he simply stood us up on the day he scheduled. I called to ask about it and they apologized stating there was something that came up, you can understand the ramifications of that type of attitude with no follow up call or visit. They are ridiculously expensive compared to other people in the valley that do a fantastic job. I would do research before scheduling these folks because they will be the first ones that come up when searching online. Besides us our neighbors and 2 other family members no longer use this company for window washing, that was based on thier experience!
