Came to Kobo on their opening day for dinner. The restaurant was clean, and nicely decorated. When you walk in, there is a glass room where you can see the homemade noodles being made. A plus!
My boyfriend and I ordered the same Tonkotsu ramen with egg and corn. One of the bowls came out with the wrong broth, but they were happy to fix the order quickly.
I would get a medium spice for next time (we could barely taste the mild). The broth was a little creamier than expected, but non the less delicious.
The restaurant was fairly busy with a 15-20 minute wait. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would come again :)
Great job on your opening day.. And welcome to the neighborhood!!!
