| - I bought my car in for a regular oil change and it was just a bad experience from start to finish! The man Jim at the counter was very nice and professional but the tech was the opposite. I arrived at 4:45pm (they close at 5:30pm) again for for an oil change. The tech had an attitude because he was ready to go but hey there is still 45 mins to closing! So he gets my car and pulls it in and busts into the office and yells where's your wheel lock?
First of all, is that how you address paying customers, then he lowered his voice but asks the same question. I told him then I looked to Jim & said what's up with your tech, he seems disgruntled? He said "yeah, he's ready to go home" and i replied, "don't you all close at 5:30pm? His reply was "yes" so I said OK, it's not closing time yet and it's only an oil change.
So fast forward a couple days, I noticed my car was running a little rough, I called a friend and told him how it was running and he said "sounds like the transmission, did you check the fluid", my reply is "what's that?"
I told him, "I'm not the mechanic and that's what I pay for in an oil change for them to top fluids or at least tell me to get some added." Well that didn't happen!
I looked online how to check it and found the dip stick was total dry. So I have no idea if the tech bothered to check it! I went to Autozone and bought some fluild but just the leak for professionalism is scarey. I'm trusting you with my mode of transportation and my life and it is clearly disregarded because he wanted to leave early.
