  • Parts of the complex have been remodeled. Its a decent place. Good overall location but expensive for south east Phoenix. Apartments are being upgraded ( far from remodeled ) and look good despite older appliances and well worn cabinets. Full size washer and dryer in every unit is a plus. Management and all staff are courtious and work hard at correcting issues but not at preventing them. Hopefully you enjoy the smell of marijuana, it's everywhere. As is the sound of very loud music coming from every car and cell phone in the complex not to mention occasionally someone's balcony or apartment windows. Friday and Saturday nights don't bother trying to relax or sleep here. Car stereos and horns blasting, front doors slamming, people going up and down the stairs like they have 40 pound weights on their shoes and of course yelling and talking as loudly as possible in the hallways. Plus the occasional fight. This goes on between 8pm and 3am. Good luck. Worth a look at least, they continue to improve the property every month. Lots of amenities. Hopefully one day this place can reach its full potential and be what it's marketed as. Not just a south east Phoenix hood complex with fresh paint and fancy office.
