  • I went to Buffalo Springs Animal Hospital yesterday after a family member referred me there. I called to schedule an appointment for my dog and was able to be seen the same day. I got there 20 mins after scheduling for my appt and was promptly greeted and brought into a patient room. I liked that there are separate entries and reception areas for cats and dogs as I do have cats as well. Dr. Matthew McCollum was every bit professional and compassionate. Very easy to talk to, took the time to understand my concerns, and explaining everything in great detail. I really appreciated the time he took discussing all our options and his honesty. I found my new veterinarian and recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much to him and his office staff for a wonderful experience.
