We called Zerorez at the recommendation of a neighbor. We have no pets, no kids and never eat or drink upstairs on our white wool carpets. The cleaning seemed to be very professional and thorough but after a few days we found some large spots that had to be a result of the cleaning. I called Zerorez in a bit of a panic. The best they could do was schedule a re-cleaning an entire month in the future. I wanted to have a local manager come and look at the carpet but it seems that there is no local manager.
After a month, another technician re-cleaned the areas again and everything looked fine, immediately after he finished. However, the next day the spots were back as if nothing had been done. I called Zerorez and spoke to a customer service person in Minnesota. I sent him pictures of the spots and he suggested that the spots were on the carpet before the cleaning. There has been no follow up and now we are having another company re-clean. If the spots can't be removed, we are faced with a $10,000 expense to replace the wool carpet. I wish we had never called Zerores.
