  • This company came up when I searched 1 hour dry cleaner in Toronto. When I called I was hung up on the first time. The second time the guy rushed me through, and I ended up calling him back to get the price estimate. I just wanted one dress done, and I was giving them 4 hours instead of just one. So I walked 15 min in high heels to go hand it over, and after estimating my total between $15-$23, I was handed a bill for $39.95. They told me it was a high price because my dress is formal. OF COURSE IT IS!!! Why else would I be having it dry cleaned? To make matters worse it's really not a big dress at all. It doesn't even reach my knees! So in the end I appreciate that this company is good to the environment, but their customer service needs some serious SERIOUS work! Annnnd there is no way I'm ever paying that much for one garment of clothing to be cleaned. This company has lost my business and my respect.
