  • Today I went to the Temple location of this salon where both front doors clearly say, "WALK INS WELCOME" so I walk in with a smile hoping to find a new salon here because I just moved. Well when I walked in there was no one to welcome me, and the girl in the first booth to the right comes out and says, "Who are you waiting for?" not "hello .... Welcome... blah blah blah". So I explain to her that I wanted my eyebrows waxed or threaded (what ever they do) and she rudely replies "We only take appointments here, but I can see if someone has a minute for you"... Um, really ?????? So I turn around to make sure I read correctly "WALK INS WELCOME" and said "No thanks, I think I will take my business elsewhere" L'Rude is a more fitting name.
