  • Walking into the hotel you see a very modern renovated lobby, business center and elevator....but that is the only thing in this hotel that is renovated. Once you reach the halls and rooms everything is dingy and outdated. But what really threw us is the fact that we had to have our room changed 3 times! The first two rooms had beds that smelled of urine. The third time was slightly better but the only reason we didn't just leave is because we couldn't get a refund. The other issue is my mom called to get a trash bag and some towels because the maids had not come to clean the room. When she called the front, the receptionist got an attitude and was very rude and accused of refusing maid service before. This was not true because my mom spent the day in the room and no one had ever came by. Do not come to this hotel unless you want a cheap stay. We do plan on calling the health department about the beds and smells.
