  • My mom and I came here looking for a used car. Our salesman was Joseph and he was very friendly and seemed like he had our best interest in mind, at first. We told him our budget limits and that we do not want anything new. When he took us out to show us a car, he completely ignored what we said and showed us a new 2017 car. Even worse, when he showed us the numbers, the monthly payment was $100 over the limit we gave him. We said we wanted a 10,000-13,000 dollar car. He showed us a 21,000 dollar car. We had to push him to show us our interest rate which he did not think was important, it is very important. We then mentioned again, "what about the used cards we wanted to see" and his answer was "but look at this deal." We honestly felt like LHM treated us different because we are females and thought they could manipulate us into buying something we could not afford. They were pushy and hungry for a sale and we were running to leave.
