  • I really would like this restaurant to succeed, but I think Milagro has poor management. Milagro, I believe means Miracle. This is NO miracle! It took us about an hour and 20 minutes for them to get 6 meals out. We didn't get our salad until the main courses were served The server this time was poor, but the kitchen goofed. We ordered the flat bread with the grapes and cheese, and it really is wonderful, but they forgot to melt the cheese this time( we've had it twice before), the salmon entrees were delicious, nicely plated, but only luke warm. The server was inept, never checking if we needed anything, wanted another drink,water....nothing. They provided us with some guac and chips because it took them so long to get our orders out. By that time, we were all getting more angry and disappointed. When we go for dinner (pretty regularly,) we want to have a pleasant experience. This was more irritating than enjoyable. Good thing we were good friends and could laugh about the whole thing. Sorry to write this, but the owner needs to get his act together and act like an owner/manager.
