  • 5 STARS for JAMES in the Shuttle Department. ZERO stars for the Rental Car staff!! So, I should have realised that I was in for dealing with people who don't give a ***t when I reserved my car for 3 days and I got an confirmation EMAIL THAT LOOKED LIKE THIS WHICH IS SOLELY THE TYPE OF EMAIL RESERVED FOR PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF SIXTY WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY READING REGULAR LETTERS. God, that hurts my eyes. Anyway, I reserved a car, arrived at the rental place, and seriously, no friendly mannerisms whatsoever. It was like THEY were doing ME a service so that I could give THEM money for a rental car. I rented from them b/c they had a decent rate and they also offered Airport Shuttle Service. I confirmed with them before I left that they offered the service, and that I'd return the car later that week. 1. The supposedly 'non-smoking' car reeked of cigarettes. SO disgusting. I should have just turned around and exchanged it. It was COMPLETELY h2orrible. 2. You pay BEFORE the rental is even complete. Kind of annoying, huh? Take the money and run, as they say in Vegas! 3. Back to that whole Airport Shuttle service..... Yeah. It ENDS at 3:30PM!!! WTH???!?!? and NOPE, they didn't even BOTHER to tell me. 4. They use all caps in their emails. Are you fricking kidding me? In any case, we arrive to return the car.... then are told that there is no shuttle service. D-bag at the desk just goes about his merry way checking his facebook, doesn't give a #*#* about me, in a panic, wondering how I was going to get to the airport to make our flight (we had ample time, 3 hrs to get there, but I didn't even know what the names of the shuttle service companies were in Vegas and my cell phone reception was crap).... FINALLY I just look at him and say, "dude, could you help me out here a little please?" and he hands me a list of taxi companies. WTF. James who works in the shuttle department did an AWESOME job of finagling us a ride to the airport, and we made it with time to spare. Thank you, James & our driver (I forget his name!) But to the rest of the staff at Fletcher Jones: y'all are a pathetic excuse for 'customer service'.
