  • The technical support was awesome!!,,my son Jaden (8yrs old ) attended the summer program, he loved it!,, and had a 'flash drive' to download. Matthew was so patient in taking me through how to install it, kudos to such great staff for the help. In future Jaden will definitely be attending more MineCraft classes or camps. Plus ever time I called Alex or David is such a great help and always return calls promptly. This is how you keep customers happy to return.
