Hot Stone Massage Major Facial with Microdermabrasion & Face Mask x2 Olive Oil Mani Olive Oil Pedi Hair Shampoo & Style Makeup Application Here is why I can only give 3 stars- you are paying for the experience of the atmosphere, not the quality of their product or service. The quality of the service (massage, mani, pedi, hair, makeup) is comparable to going to other less expensive competitors. I've never had a facial, so I have nothing to compare it with. The massage was fine, although I asked the therapist to focus on my left side (physically showed her and vocalized my request) and she started on my right and worked the right side, not left. The mani and pedi were exactly what you'd get at an ordinary salon... EXCEPT my nails chipped the next day. They let me come back to have them fixed (where they then removed a lot more of my cuticles, thankfully) .... but again, two days later and the Polish is peeling again. On the bright side, they do have a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi to hang out in during your visit. So... that may be a factor in the high cost.
