La Collina has an AMAZING view of Las Vegas. You can basically see the entire strip from the restaurant. The atmosphere is really warm with candlelit lighting at each table and dim lighting. It has a winter-cabin like feel to it (even though the weather was really hot). We were seated near the window, so we had a really beautiful night view.
Their complementary bread was warm with a crispy outer shell. I love bread, so I instantly became a fan of this place as weird as that sounds.
My friend and I split the Pietra de Mare which is four different seafoods (I believe it was shrimp, scallop, crab cake, and some type of fish, perhaps sole) put into four giant clam shells, and served with roasted potatoes and vegetables. The portion looked small, but I was content after only eating half of it.
This place is great for intimate dinners and I loved their music selection (probably because they played a song that I loved and have never heard another place play it before). It seems like a nice place to come after a long day, and the bar is pretty nice too if you want to come here for drinks with a friend.
