  • Had rib eye, sent first one back, too chewy, raw. Second one over cooked, dry & tough. Great rub had good flavor. Mac and cheese was awful, cook tried to spice up this traditional dish; backfired. Servers were good and on the ball. Back room just needs more time to polish their skills. I'll try again in six months.
