  • Not happy at all. Completely upset and disappointed with the service here. Went to get a filling put in for a lower bottom tooth, which I had no pain in prior to going. Filling was done with no problems, and I waited the 24 hours before eating anything on that side. Then the constant pain started on the right side of my mouth, with complete sensitivity where I couldn't even drink anything hot or cold. Headaches have not stopped for a week and I cant sleep at night. I went in today after one week of the filling work and told the same main dentist who had done the filling work about my pain. He took an X-ray and told me the tooth was cracked and that it had been cracked prior to the filling being done. So now I'm sent to a specialist, which he referred, meaning I will have to pay for evaluation and possibly get a root canal and crown done. There goes another $500-800 ill have to spend on this problem. Instead of him helping, he avoided the problem, saying the crack was already there and never admitting fault that he might have cracked it while he drilled in the filling. Now I'm left with a cracked tooth and great pain. This is not a good way to treat new patients, not to mention I was a completely fresh and new client who thought I'd give a new dentist a try. I too have my own business, and this is not the way to treat any clientele, new or existing. I will not recommend this place.
