| - Paul, instead of writing an apology or something more useful like that you are writing up even more lies. First let's start off with the facts about jumping the wire for the-what you called "in-motion-video" feature. The first conversation we had on the phone was about how I specifically asked that while installing the unit I wanted you to jump the ground wire to the unit which is THE ONLY way to enable the video on the unit. Yes you said it's the law bla bla but you forgot to mention in your reply is that you also said it will be $35 to do this, that you have employees there doing the work and you are providing a service to which you charge for. So yea, if it's illegal to do then understandable, but it isn't illegal if you charge 35 bucks?? This is where the argument started and you know it.
Second, "I complained about everything else..."?? You serious??? Do you not remember us bringing out the employee to my car in your parking lot where he pointed exactly where the holes were supposed to be drilled?? When I came in I told you I don't want my dash drilled and I even brought to guy to my car to point exactly where i wanted the holes to be drilled, and when the other guy messed up you even brought him to confirm that it WAS in a wrong location! Yea and you remember how you told me to buy the new piece of dash and that you will pay for the damage he made? Where did that part go in your lie here?
Third, the wires, this is just gross, we were all there including a friend that will vouch for this, and all of your employees, when I went to get into my car and start it i couldn't press my clutch pedal because the microphone and gps antenna cable was all over it, i came in to tell you about it, you brought out the guy from the shop to the car and yelled at him, in these words exact: "I already have an upset customer and you did this? I need you to fix this and do it right!" You wanna say that didn't happen either?
Paul you messed up and instead of owning up to your mistakes you are now even calling your customers liars. For everybody else this review should be enough, even if half of this is true do you really want this guy working on your car?? You make the call, there are plenty honest shops in town that will do what they are supposed to, you pay them, they install stuff for you. Not like this place, you pay them, they install half the stuff wrong, break your car and do some major damage then call you a liar, and you end up paying another shop to fix their mistake.
