I had ordered cupcakes and a celebration cake. I tried to do it via email, but it was much easier to order in person.
While the cupcakes and cake are very delicious, I don't know if I would return to the store to order it again.
The business seems very disorganized. When I finished my order, I was not given a copy of the order form or an order number. It made it difficult to be sure that my order would be done properly. It was not. There was a spelling error on the form which I emailed about. While my email was acknowledged, the change was not done.
The pickup time was also confirmed by email, but the cake was not yet done on time.
I was even told that I had money owing when I paid in full. I was repeatedly told that I had ordered extra cupcakes, but it was not paid for.
When I returned to the store to drop off the cake stand, I was told again that I had money owing. I even recalculated the amount in front of them. Then, they changed their response saying that the cake cost more. This was ridiculous since I was given the cost of the cake when ordered and the lady even helped me pick the design.
They seemed so helpful when ordering, only to leave a bad taste in my mouth at the end.
