| - I Hired this comapy (even after they were late to the consaltation) , on 3/1/2018.
I told Jesus the owner (and his companion , I needed it done by 3/16. For my husbands birthday.
Here is what happens briefly.
1. The workers were late 3x and a NO show on one day . With NO phone call , no text . I was told by Jesus that he told the workers to call , they never did.
I was told one reason they were late is because they cannot get to my house by 8 am because the office is 45 min away and they cannot make it that early.
2.The grass they put in , is already dying.
When I asked , Jesus said that happens , when putting grass in , you need to give it time.
3. The walkway was done improper,
From the brick moving as you walk on it , improper spacing (gaps where there should be none. Sand not put in right. 2 steps are slightly off , and not straight , bricks are crooked and a few chipped.
And ants are coming through the big gaps.
They had to fix it the second time due to brick coming off as we stepped on it.
3rd time I asked to do it right I
was told by Jesus he could not fix it. Then his worker said it would cost more money , then it was my fault because we were using 2 different kinds of brick.
And if I wanted a inspector to come out and tell me it was done right , he would send one out.
(I will be getting my own inspector out ) , so I can ge et a refund .
4. They made a brick planter , they said they where done ,1st off the workers did not put stones on each side of my front step , causing the dirt to go into my front step by the front door , when they came back to fix it ,they just put the 3 stones on top of top soil.
5. They used top soil instead of potting like I asked. Top soil will destroy your plants it is like quick sand. They came and took it out , and 2 weeks later still have not replaced soil.
3rd time asking to fix the brick planter all I got excuse and excuse on WHY the bricks had to be on top of top soil and NOT done like the others .
6. They took out my old fence and bought a picket fence from Home Depot.
The pieces they used were cracking and when it was installed , it was put in uneven , to were we had to take it down.
7. ABSOLUTLY no communication. I had to chase Jesus down and then wait . This last time I texted and had to wait 3 days for a response.
Then when I texted that I was unhappy , and wanted to stop the project because I was tired of the incomplete job the workers did , and how many times it had to be re done ,and still not being done correct and no communication on when the next step of the project will be , he sent his workers to deal with it. He never even showed up himself..
And no apology for being late , or his workers doing it wrong and having to be asked a 3rd time .
8. The workers left their trash food and cans , as well as all the debris and materials on the left side of my house and never came back to clean up , untill I asked.
The work was suppose to be done (minus the fence ) due to ordering .. by 3/10 , for my husbands party.
It is now 3/21 , his party has come and gone and sadly as you read nothing complete or fixed.
If I could give this company a ZERO I would.
Rude , incomplete work , half ass job done , no communication and so so many excuses.
FYI. I saved all text messages with Jesus and took photos of the work, just in case you want to see proof.
