  • Very poor customer service. Ppl who work at this fort Mill location don't seem to be wanting to work. I called for a pick up and I was told they will be here literally more than an hour ago. My location is 5 mins away from them and it has been more than an hour since their estimated pick up time. I called five times in the past 15mins as I am getting late. They put me on hold for few minutes and then suddenly hang up. I kept calling and was able to speak to a rep who said pick up was 2 mins away and again put me on hold and then hung up. And that was 10 mins ago. Enterprise needs to look at this Fort Mill location.
