  • Sitting at Jiffy Lube now, wasn't impressed with their customer service when I walked in or their prices. Employees are in the service bay area yelling at each other and laughing, nothing bad, but the yelling back and forth and laughing out loud is annoying and not work related. Don't fault them for having fun, but no need to yell their jokes for everyone to hear. I haven't been to jiffy lube in a while, but seriously $80 for a synthetic oil change for an old jeep is ridiculous. The service was speedy, but I won't come back and pay that again. My new cars oil change is cheaper at the dealership!
