  • Ok, I will start off by saying I love the store. Yeah, bugs have been seen, but you know what, with so many birds and the amount of seed, its almost weird to not see a single one. Then about the heat... Ok its humid, and hot for us, but birds shouldn't be kept in the freezing cold. Their natural climate is HOT AND HUMID! I have gotten all of my birds through them, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and so helpful. If so many people say they are understaffed and need help, hey here's a thought. VOLUNTEER! Think that one over. You all keep saying " how can they sleep and night and this that and the other," but no one tries to lend a hand either. I love the store, the workers and the birds. And as far as the birds being sick, and all that.... What most don't realize, is that a lot of the birds have been left there in those conditions. Its not like they go out and look for birds that look mangled. Thank the owners who didn't care enough about the bird to take care of it properly.
