  • I researched this companies reviews before I sought a quote to completely replace a shower that had to be ripped out due to a leak. I scheduled an initial appointment where the sales rep directed me to go to the showroom before he would even measure the job. I went to the showroom and then had to schedule a second appointment for the measurement. I informed the sales rep that I needed an itemized quote for insurance reimbursement and sent him a copy of the adjusters requirements. I was informed I would receive the quote in short order. After a couple days I followed-up as I wanted to move the project forward. I was advised I would get a quote 4 days later. After the fourth day passed I had to follow-up twice to try to get my quote which was literally a description with a bulk sum. They then advised they do not provide itemized quotes - which would have saved me two weeks and a lot of frustration. I will say that the owner later called me about my review, and offered to do what he could to resolve the issue. Maybe I was just the guy who fell through the cracks.
