  • If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made an appointment for 1:15. Arrived at 1:15. No one acknowledges me for several minutes. Finally I sit down- still looking for someone to acknowledge my presence. Finally, a man looks over at me and I say "I am here for my 1:15 appt." he says "can you wait?" No- I made an appt for 1:15- if I wanted to wait I wouldn't have called ahead. 20 mins later I ask how much longer... "5 mins" 10 minutes I pick up my purse and walk out the door a VERY UNHAPPY customer.
