  • Client depuis 1985, mais de moins en moins depuis les 10 dernières années... Qualité pas uniforme, la découpe est faite n'importe comment, service complètement froid et artificiel comme dans une chaîne de restauration rapide. Préfère maintenant son némésis rue Bernard Lester's. Ce n'est pas la même viande fumée (viande plus pâle, mais plus onctueuse) mais je la préfère maintenant à celle de Schwartz (viande plus rouge, plus riche en goût, mais sèche).
