  • I went into this spa today specifically for a manicure and gel nail polish. Upon sitting down my nail tech says pick a color and had prepared the soaking water for me. She then sells me on the Sns coating for ten dollars more. I'm interested since I'm a nail biter and need a product that promotes growth and strength for my nails. She says it costs 10 dollars more which isn't bad in my mind since I'm getting a manicure too. She puts the manicure tools away as I am removing my watch. She says you don't need to take your watch off. Needless to say she and I go back and forth that the reason I came in was for a manicure and a gel coating. She sells me on the sns which doesn't include a manicure and costs $40. So basically I pay $40 for a nail tech to coat my nail dip my finger in powder and file my nails- not impressed. I didn't leave a tip because I felt like I didn't receive complete information nor did they care what I really wanted but the extra cost to charge me. So, please take your tip from my dissatisfaction and advice to listen to your clients. Money doesn't return unless honesty is provided and trust is built.
