I got here 10 minutes before my movie and found a line wrapped almost to the parking lot. On a cold night they had one guy taking tickets. 15 min later when I finally made it into the theater look at this line for popcorn. By the time I make it to my seat the movie will be half over. Management didn't have enough common sense to a. Take tickets himself or b. (And god forbid) take someone off the popcorn line during flipping flue season to let customers in the door. This is my last visit to this theatre. They obviously don't give a damn about their customers. Oh yeah and after waiting in that line for another 20 min (promises my daughter snacks) I was told there was a 30 minute wait for popcorn. I'm so over this place.
