  • I'm from another State and I had problems with my key fob not locking or unlocking my doors. To start tho , I'd like thank the service dept. that got me in right away. My service rep was Drew. He was sooo helpful , offered me a shuttle ride to my daughters house. The problem was not an easy one to figure out , but they kept me updated on the repair . It was a software issue on the vans computer that was causing it . My van is all finished and works great . Thanks guys for a great job and service .
