  • These guys "service" the pool at the house that I rent. Mike is completely unprofessional he had to come back and do some rework on a plumbing job that leaked like a sieve and he was in my backyard cursing and throwing pipe around. My wife feels completely unsafe when he's here. Weeks will go by between cleaning, so the chlorine levels fall to unsafe levels for us to use the pool or spa. He puts chlorine tablets in the pool skimmer which can destroy the heater because of the high acidity level. I've owned a home with a pool for many years and have neverhad my pool look as bad as it has with pool masters "Maintaining" the pool. Their plumbing jobs are substandard, they don't use the proper pipe cement when transitioning from ABS to PVC so their plumbing leaks. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else for your pool service.
