rev:text	Awful. I just needed an oil change for my Mini Cooper. I know it needs a special BMW filter, so I called to make an appointment and mentioned this. They're inventory was wrong and they didn't have it on hand, but decided not to tell me and let me sit. I've been here an hour and a half already, you can forget the car wash. Not to mention, the front desk girl and one of the shop guys have been yelling at each other in front of customers! Worst service I've gotten in town!
