  • I will absolutely never get a Groupon through this business again. I purchased a Groupon from them in March they canceled and rescheduled my appointment 4 different times. With a 2 to 3 week waiting period in between each appointment. The wedding I was going to and getting Botox for came and went. Eventually my Groupon expired and I had to get a full refund the first time I've ever had to do that with a Groupon. They would never answer the phone, return my emails, they would returned my voicemails days to weeks later and when a receptionist would actually answer the phone she was extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. The only excuse I ever received was the nurse called in for the entire day so all appointments were canceled. Save your time and your money and stay away from this establishment.
