  • I bought a certificate from a charity auction (Heart Association) for this jewelry store. Had never been here before but I was touched that they supported charity (and have since learned they support a number of charities - very philanthropic business which impressed me). My experience with them was over the top. I own some nice jewelry but have never received the red carpet treatment that I received here. Their jewelry selections are beautiful and one of a kind - I was very impressed. Very high quality jewelry which is what you want. Their store is magnificent. But most importantly, the team there from the Chairman to the Security Guard genuinely care that you not only have a great experience but that you find exactly what you are looking for and it's exactly what YOU want - not what they want to sell you. Absolutely no pressure and no rush. I spent way beyond the amount of the gift certificate that I had purchased at the charity event and I could have spent more but I have a budget. My sales consultant was Sylvia and she was very knowledgeable with over 20 years in the business and provided her honest opinion. No question was unanswered. Very patient. I"m now a fan and this is now my jewelry store where I will return when I buy jewelry and Sylvia is my trusted advisor on such purchases. Try them out. You'll be glad that you did.
