We took our new adopted dog here last week to get a check up and make sure she's healthy. They work with the shelter that we adopted from so we actually ended up getting a free visit. And speaking of money, the veterinarian gave us information on a teeth cleaning package that they have going on that we will need because our dog has a bit of teeth problems and it will save us a lot of money.
But everyone there was so nice and informative!
The absolute best part of our whole visit was definitely Andrew! When we showed up, he informed us that the doctors were in surgery and he apologetically told us we'd have to wait about 45 minutes. It was no problem at all so we waited. I guess during our wait, some things came up for the doctors that we ended up waiting a lot longer than 45 minutes but Andrew kept us updated, made sure we were doing okay and gave our dog treats and lots of attention that it honestly felt like we weren't there long at all! Thanks Andrew!
And last but not least, they keep you in the loop and make you feel cared for! That goes with in the vet and after we left. The day after we were there, I had a missed call and voicemail from them, checking to see how our dog was doing and that if we had any questions, not to hesitate to call. They're always sending me emails (and not in a constant spam way) about our dogs records, making sure she's doing okay and they even emailed me the teeth cleaning package information that the veterinarian was telling us about (which was great because I have a bad memory so having the information emailed to me was better than trying to remember everything haha)
Thanks again BCA Spring Mountain Animal Hospital and we will see you soon!
