I've visited this location perhaps a half dozen times. Each visit they've delivered a customer service experience that is truly unrivaled for computer and electronics sales.

Want to figure out if one of their computers will work for your video editing project? Just bring in your raw material and edit it there. They love it. They encourage you to do so.
Have a return? They're great about it. I brought a $100 item to return, they didn't even look at it...they refunded me without question. Later I ended up spending $800 in the same store, and I did so because of how well I was treated with the return.
The best was today, seeing the customer in her 80s get computer support in person with their genius bar. See, Apple gets it. People don't like calling Dell and getting tech support from India.
Last year I had an iPad2 that I stepped on. Fully cracked the screen. I brought it in and they replaced the whole unit for free. I went from tears to life long loyal customer in a single breath.
