I don't even know where to start. I had the worst experiences almost every time I went here. The only good day I had was the first time I was there and I bought my dress that same day. After that everything went down hill. My bridesmaids fittings were not the best, it seemed like the person helping us kept leaving to help someone else. I am not sure if it was because they knew I already bought a dress? That I wasn't important? The dress I bought was the last one and the one everyone tried on. I was told to bring my dress in 2 months before the wedding and it would be cleaned free of charge. When that time came around guess what? They charged me and made me feel bad about me asking why? Then they told me it would take 2 weeks to get it cleaned...why so long? When those two weeks were up, the dress still wasn't ready. I still needed to get it altered and I was so worried I won't have enough time. I did talk to the person who does the cleaning and asked her how long it should take for a dress to get cleaned she said maybe 4 days. I asked her why my dress took so long and she informed me that the person at the front desk had written on the slip to have the dress ready two weeks later. It just didn't make sense. All I know is that out of everything I went through with my wedding this was the most frustrating and negative thing I had to deal with. I wish I would have never gone there. There are so many places around. I would advise future brides to save yourself the headache and trouble and just go somewhere else. The service is not the best and the place looks worn down.
