  • Amazing food! Amazing Illy coffee! Knocked down 2 stars for the service. Always takes forever to get my food/drink. One of my lattes took 20 minutes and had to remind them how long I waited. Not the first time it happened. Also, everytime I call to order to go, it's always never ready or forgotten - even when I call 15-20 ahead of time. If their service improved, no doubt 5 stars. Their food is so good, I can't stay away even though it's extremely slow service. I suggest going on your day off or after work, because you may be there a while to get your food. But when you get it, watch out. Highly addictive
