  • Did business over the phone - completely. Had a rental property that needed dryer to be fixed and duct cleaned. Called Honest guys and they arranged the time with the tenant over the phone. Tenant wanted it rescheduled and contacted Honest guys and they rescheduled. Came at rescheduled time, Called me with estimate. After i approved, they fixed the problem and then let me pay by paypal. Awesome job.
